Jason Manford took to his social media as he documented a “disaster” that happened the day after a gig in Manchester.<\/p>\n

On Friday (October 24), Jason Manford returned to his home city of Manchester as he performed a show from his new tour, A Manford All Seasons, at the Co-Op Live.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, the high from the gig didn’t last too long as the next day he took to his Instagram and documented a smashed window on his car.<\/p>\n

The 44-year-old comedian made the blunder while reversing his family car on the way to a half-term getaway.Jason had taken his wife Lucy Dyke and their three children on a trip to North Wales to celebrate one of the “best gigs” of his life in Manchester.<\/p>\n

After fitting his children’s bikes to the back of his car, he reversed when one of the handlebars ended up smashing through the rear glass – twice.<\/p>\n

He quipped: “Just arrived on holiday in Wales and managed to put my own back window through. The handlebars of one of the kids\u2019 bikes went straight through it.<\/p>\n

“After the massive high of last night\u2019s show, life clearly decided to give me a quick kick in the arsebone to keep my feet on the ground.”Nothing like a bit of smashed glass to stop you getting too full of yourself.”<\/p>\n

In a second post, Jason posed with Gareth from National Windscreens, and wrote: “Gareth from @nationalwindscreens_official Bangor popped along to temporarily weather<\/a> proof the back door of our car!<\/p>\n

“Just gotta keep fingers crossed that @mercedesbenzuk sort the part out before Thursday!”<\/p>\n
