You\u2019re in luck: H2 Interactive has announced that it\u2019s bringing the Raiden Fighters Remix Collection<\/a> to PS5 and PS4 worldwide on 26th February. That\u2019s the same date as the Japanese release, so no need for imports or idle thumbs.<\/p>\n

For those who don\u2019t know, this collection bundles the masterpiece trilogy Raiden Fighters<\/a> (1996), Raiden Fighters 2<\/a> (1997), and Raiden Fighters Jet<\/a> (1998) in one nifty package.<\/p>\n

You actually will be able to purchase each game individually from the PS Store<\/strong><\/a> if you prefer, but we\u2019re not sure why you\u2019d do that when they\u2019re all good. A physical bundle with exclusive artwork will also be available worldwide.<\/p>\n

As for the games themselves, well, they\u2019re presented authentically \u2013 with some quality-of-life improvements.<\/p>\n

A feature that allows players to return to the beginning of a stage has been newly added, which significantly improves the player\u2019s efficiency.<\/dd>\n

A special mode has been added in which enemies do not fire bullets at the player, making the game more accessible to newcomers.<\/dd>\n
Settings Customisation<\/dt>\n
Players can start the game with their preferred settings pre-configured, allowing for a more personalised and convenient gameplay experience.<\/dd>\n
Background Music Customisation<\/dt>\n
Players can customize the background music for each stage, with a wide selection of newly remixed tracks also included.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n

This being a remix collection, you can also expect 30 new rearranged songs from the likes of Soshi Hosoi, Yuki Arai, and Kazushi Tsurukubo.<\/p>\n
