It\u2019s said to be the \u201cfirst AI-powered, visual-first collaborator that transforms online shopping and discovery. Whether you\u2019re searching for the perfect outfit for a first date or new bedding for winter, Pinterest Assistant solves the \u2018I\u2019ll know it when I see it\u2019 problem that all of us face when shopping\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n

When a shopper talks to it, the tech will offer \u201cproactive recommendations that fit your style, leveraging the diverse content and actions from our nearly 600 million monthly active users\u201d.<\/p>\n

It draws from the shopper\u2019s saves, boards, collages, and others with similar tastes, to deliver products that should fit the bill.<\/p>\n

And the company said it\u2019s \u201cunlike traditional search or chatbots, which are helpful once you already know what you\u2019re looking for\u201d. Instead it\u2019s \u201cdesigned for the moments when you don\u2019t. It offers visual, personalised and proactive recommendations, like a best friend suggesting the perfect new look. Pinterest Assistant is your personal collaborator, allowing you to discover, get inspired and shop all in one place\u201d.<\/p>\n
