Manchester United<\/a> have started thinking about next season as their transfer department have shortlisted Wolves\u2019 Matheus Cunha and Ipswich Town\u2019s Liam Delap. <\/p>\n

Speaking<\/a> to NBC Sports<\/strong>, David Ornstein revealed that Man United are hoping to add at least two attacking reinforcements ahead of the new season. The Red Devils are targeting the likes of Cunha and Delap, who are experiencing personal best seasons.<\/p>\n

Cunha is one away from reaching his best tally of goal involvements in a Premier League campaign. He already has 18 till now, with 14 of them being goals, as his scoring has attained a career best this season.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Liam Delap has netted 12 times across 33 Premier League matches in Ipswich Town\u2019s promotion season, which has not gone according to plan for the club. Delap\u2019s performances have been the only thing to watch out for The Tractor Boys as they hope to fill their coffers with his transfer. <\/p>\n

Ornstein stated that Manchester United are not relying on summer sales or Champions League<\/a> football to go for the transfers, as they are believed to have the necessary financial power to materialise both of them. <\/p>\n

Cunha has a \u00a362.5 million release clause in his current contract agreed with Wolves in January and United will need to trigger that to complete the move. Agreeing on personal terms will not be a formality for Ruben Amorim\u2019s negotiators as other clubs like Chelsea are expected to be in the race. However, if United can double his \u00a390,000-a-week salary, he will agree. <\/p>\n

As for Delap, Ipswich\u2019s relegation will open up a \u00a330 million release clause for the player and United will be able to activate it to seal the 22-year-old. Delap likes Man United\u2019s recruitment strategy and securing him is expected not to be a problem for the club.<\/p>\n

With the two release clauses combined, United are set to splash a figure around \u00a392.5 million this summer to bring two top talents to the club.
