violence in the city&#8217;s history has been sentenced.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"bristolpost\">Jacob Dolphin, 24, of <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bristolpost.co.uk\/all-about\/weston-super-mare\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Weston-super-Mare<\/a>, was sentenced at <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bristolpost.co.uk\/all-about\/courts\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Bristol Crown Court<\/a> on Thursday, October 23.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"bristolpost\">He kicked out at officers on five occasions and threw an object during the riot outside Bridewell Police Station on March 21, 2021.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"bristolpost\">Dolphin pleaded guilty to an offence of affray and received an 18-month community order and will have to complete 170 hours of unpaid work.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"bristolpost\">He was also fined \u00a3900 in addition to a \u00a395 surcharge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"bristolpost\">Judge Peter Blair described the violence during the 2021 riot as &#8220;some of the worse seen&#8221;
