An ‘adventurous’ cat took herself to Manchester Airport<\/a> after boarding a train from Yorkshire,<\/a> unbeknownst to her owner.<\/p>\n Angel, a 15 year old black-and-white cat from Brighouse, Yorkshire hopped on the 3:55am TransPennine Express service on Tuesday (October 28).<\/p>\n She was first spotted walking along the platform with her ‘tail held high’ by conductor Will Saunders.<\/p>\n Shortly after departure, a passenger informed Will that the four-legged feline had jumped aboard.<\/p>\n Join the Manchester Evening News WhatsApp group <\/strong>HERE<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n Despite the concern she caused, Angel herself seemed unfazed by the journey, following Will through the carriages and greeting passengers, reports Yorkshire<\/a> Live.<\/p>\n A spokesperson for TransPennine Express said: “Angel, a 15-year-old black-and-white cat, who is something of a local legend in Brighouse – known for her sense of adventure.<\/p>\n “She’s previously been spotted riding a rail replacement bus and making herself at home in the local pub, earning quite the reputation among locals for her independent streak. But her latest outing took her curiosity to a whole new level.”<\/p>\n Upon arrival at Manchester Airport, Will and his colleagues settled Angel into a cardboard box and took her to the station office.<\/p>\n
