As we approach the first weekend of November, the weather is set to deliver a lively mix of showers, wind and occasional sunny spells.<\/p>\n

And with half-term coming to an end and Halloween<\/a> celebrations still taking place, there’s lots happening so you’ll want to know the latest outlook if you’re heading out and about this weekend.<\/p>\n

Whether you\u2019re planning to attend some spooktacular festivities or simply heading outdoors, here\u2019s the detailed forecast for Saturday and Sunday, based on the latest guidance from the Met Office<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Here’s what to expect for the coming days in Northern Ireland<\/a>:<\/p>\n

This Evening and Tonight:<\/p>\n

A dry start to the evening with clear spells. Soon becoming cloudy with a band of heavy rain spreading northeastwards. A few lingering showers but turning gradually drier overnight. Minimum temperature 7\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

Saturday:<\/p>\n

Some rain at first soon clearing northeast. Then it will be a dry day for many with sunny spells developing, however a few showers breaking out in the afternoon. Breezy. Maximum temperature 11\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:<\/p>\n

It stays unsettled with frequent showers, sometimes merging into longer spells of rain. However, there’s a chance of some brighter, drier spells breaking through. Staying breezy throughout.<\/p>\n

UK long range weather forecast: Wednesday 5 November – Friday 14 November<\/p>\n

The changeable and at times unsettled weather<\/a> is likely to continue to start this period, with low pressure dominating the UK. This means further showers or longer spells of rain at times. All parts could see some heavy rain, but it is likely that western areas will be wettest. Strong winds are likely at times, with gales possible in the west.<\/p>\n

Equally there should also be some drier or clearer interludes, these more prevalent further east. A transition to a less unsettled pattern is possible later in the period making drier interludes more common. Above average temperatures are most likely, with a reduced incidence of overnight frost and fog, compared to normal, especially at first.<\/p>\n
