However, too much lemon may damage tooth enamel over time due to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/indianexpress.com\/article\/lifestyle\/food-wine\/orry-farah-khan-dilip-ibs-no-spicy-food-flavourless-digestion-expert-10292606\/\" class=\"\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">acidity<\/a><\/strong>, and too much black salt could raise overall sodium intake. For black salt, a tiny pinch is enough; too much can increase sodium intake and affect blood pressure.
