Albion<\/a> enjoyed their biggest Premier League win and first home clean sheet since the Valentine\u2019s Night when Chelsea were in town.<\/p>\n

And their 3-0 win over Leeds will reassure a few people after two away defeats.<\/p>\n

Our post-match audio looks back on a pleasing afternoon with, inevitably, a lot of focus on two-goal Diego Gomez.<\/p>\n

We look at the pleasing nature of his second-half strikes which were very different to his long-rangers we have seen at times.<\/p>\n

And we reveal just a slight difference of opinion when we gave a view on Gomez\u2019s progress and then asked Fabian Hurzeler for his thoughts.<\/p>\n

We also suggest this should be a more upbeat week ahead going into the Crystal Palace game.<\/p>\n

And one in which there might be less desire to pine for a former nead coach.<\/p>\n

Early on, Ethan Ampadu gave the ball away in midfield, Yasin Ayari drove at goal but gave Lucas Perri an easy save.<\/p>\n

The opener arrived on 11 minutes. Yankuba Minteh clipped the ball wide into the path of Mats Wieffer, who teed up Danny Welbeck to finish into the empty net.<\/p>\n

A wonderful tackle from Jan Paul van Hecke to win the ball deep in the Leeds half set up Welbeck for an effort which curled the wrong side of the post.<\/p>\n

Minteh came within inches of a deserved\u00a0second, firing inches wide after a wonderful run.<\/p>\n

All three of Leeds\u2019 away goals in the league came in a 14-minute spell against bottom side Wolves in September, and here again they were painfully short of ideas.<\/p>\n

Minteh teed up the 64th-mintue second. He was found by van Hecke, stood up Gabriel Gudmundsson then skipped beyond him and crossed low to where Gomez was arriving.<\/p>\n
