\u201cSaturday Night Live\u201d star Michael Che savagely roasted Andrew Mountbatten Windsor after the former prince lost his royal titles<\/a> on Thursday.<\/p>\n

\u201cPrince Andrew has been stripped of his royal title of \u2018Prince\u2019 due to his involvement with Jeffrey Epstein,\u201d Che, 42, said on his \u201cWeekend Update\u201d segment<\/a> during Saturday\u2019s episode. <\/p>\n

\u201cAnd Andrew says he can only become a prince again if he gets a kiss from a young princess,\u201d he joked, referencing the allegations that Andrew sexually assaulted young women<\/a> as part of his alleged involvement in Jeffrey Epstein\u2019s sex trafficking ring. <\/p>\n

\u201cSaturday Night Live\u201d star Michael Che savagely roasted Andrew Mountbatten Windsor after the royal family member was stripped of his titles and honors last week. SNL\/NBC<\/p>\n

\u201cAndrew says he can only become a prince again if he gets a kiss from a young princess,\u201d the comedian joked on Saturday\u2019s episode of the sketch comedy show. SNL\/NBC<\/p>\n

King Charles officially announced that Andrew would be stripped of his titles and honors and started the eviction process from Andrew\u2019s royal lodging earlier this week. <\/p>\n

The title removal applies to Prince, Duke of York, Earl of Inverness, Baron Killyleagh and \u201cHis Royal Highness.\u201d The honors affected include his Order of the Garter and Knight Grand Cross of the Victorian Order.<\/p>\n

Andrew, 65, will now be referred to as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor. <\/p>\n

As for his living arrangements, Page Six was told that Andrew will be relocating to a property on the private Sandringham estate.<\/p>\n

His ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson \u2014 who has lived with Andrew in his royal lodging since 2008 \u2014 will be making her own separate arrangements. She has also lost her title as Duchess of York. <\/p>\n

The former couple\u2019s children, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, will retain their royal titles<\/a> despite their parents\u2019 scandal. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The official removal was prompted by a renewed interest into Andrew\u2019s involvement with Epstein, who died in August 2019 after he was arrested and charged with sex trafficking of minors.<\/p>\n

Prior to Charles\u2019 announcement, Andrew previously agreed to no longer use his royal titles<\/a> due to the continued speculation, saying in a statement that the \u201ccontinued accusations\u201d against him \u201cdistract from the work of His Majesty and the Royal family.\u201d<\/p>\n

Andrew was previously sued for sexual assault by Virginia Giuffre, who claimed the royal raped her as part of his alleged involvement in Jeffrey Epstein\u2019s sex-trafficking ring. Getty Images<\/p>\n

One of Andrew\u2019s accusers, Virginia Giuffre,\u00a0sued Andrew for sexual assault<\/a> in 2021,\u00a0claiming he\u00a0allegedly raped her<\/a>\u00a0when she was a teenager as\u00a0part of Epstein\u2019s sex trafficking ring<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While Andrew denied Giuffre\u2019s allegations, she and Andrew settled the case out of court the following year.<\/p>\n
