Prince Harry’s trip to Toronto was announced while Prince William is in Brazil for “security and protection” reasons, a source has claimed.<\/p>\n

It is understood that the events for the Duke of Sussex’s visit to Canada were planned nearly a year ago, with a date set by the charity True Patriot Love.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Hello, a source suggested: “[Harry] is not afforded the same level of security and protection as other ‘working’ members of the Royal Family.” <\/p>\n

The source added that advice from private security advisors and the event’s security team provided guidance about when trips can be announced.<\/p>\n
