They noted that \u201cthe man sadly fell from height.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cDespite the best efforts from the London Ambulance service, he was sadly pronounced dead at the scene,\u201d they said, stressing that Duncan\u2019s death is \u201cunexpected but non-suspicious.\u201d<\/p>\n
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson echoed the information, telling the outlet that they \u201csent resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew, an incident response officer, paramedics in fast-response cars, paramedics from [their] hazardous area response team (HART) [and] a trauma team in a car from London\u2019s Air Ambulance.\u201d<\/p>\n

Duncan\u2019s body is understood to have been found in Spring Gardens, which is just off Trafalgar Square.<\/p>\n
According to the Daily Mail, the hotel\u2019s rooftop bar has high plastic screens around its edges as a safety feature.<\/p>\n
William, his wife, Kate Middleton, and Duncan all attended the University of St. Andrews in Scotland together, which is where the royal couple\u2019s romance began.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s believed Duncan was part of the their inner circle before becoming a TV personality; he appeared on \u201cBig Brother\u201d and other reality shows.<\/p>\n
According to the\u00a0Daily Mail,\u00a0Duncan previously spoke about how William and Middleton\u2019s relationship blossomed throughout college.<\/p>\n
\u201cBecause we\u2019d had Will and Kate in our midst, we had royal protection officers swarming the place,\u201d Duncan reportedly said in a 2010 interview.<\/p>\n
