David’s<\/a> knighthood after Brooklyn’s ‘snub’.<\/p>\nThe football star, 50, was among those honoured by King Charles III on Tuesday morning (November 4) for his services to sport and charity.<\/p>\n
The former England captain was dressed in a grey three-piece suit, which was made by his wife, Victoria, when he received his knighthood. The ensemble is the first ever tailored menswear piece from her eponymous fashion brand.<\/p>\n
He was accompanied by Lady Beckham who wore a ruched navy Bela Midi dress from her own collection, fitted with a Stephen Jones hat and pointed-toe heels.<\/p>\n
The pair smiled together for photographs in the courtyard with Lady Beckham looking up proudly at her husband before posing with his parents, Ted and Sandra Beckham, at Windsor Castle.<\/p>\n
Earlier this year, Sir David said he was “immensely proud” of being recognised in the King\u2019s Birthday Honours, with Lady Beckham saying he was always her “knight in shining armour” and that she “couldn\u2019t be prouder” of him.<\/p>\n
Following the ceremony, Sir David was seen being reunited with three of his four children – Romeo, Cruz and Harper – who were there to celebrate the major milestone, while Brooklyn was noticeably absent following a reported family ‘feud’, alongside his wife Nicola Peltz.<\/p>\n
Sharing a series of pictures from the day on Instagram, Victoria wrote: “David, from the moment I met you 28 years ago, you\u2019ve always been so proud to represent your country.<\/p>\n
“Whether on or off the pitch, no one loves England or respects our Royal Family more, so to see you honoured by The King today is something I\u2019ll forever cherish.<\/p>\n
“You\u2019ve achieved so much, and yet you\u2019re still the same kind, humble, hardworking man I met nearly 30 years ago, as well as the most amazing husband and father. I\u2019ve never felt prouder than I do today. Sir @davidbeckham, we all love you so much xxx.”<\/p>\n

Romeo also took to Instagram with the family snap, writing; “No one deserves this more than you, love you so much xxx Congrats Sir dad [crying laughing emoji] @davidbeckham.”<\/p>\n
And as the only child of the Beckham’s to comment publicly on social media, he was quickly flooded with comments about Brooklyn, with many asking why he wasn’t in attedence on the special day.<\/p>\n
Reports previously suggested the cause of the fall out is down to a disagreement between Brooklyn and middle brother Romeo over the latter’s former romance with ex-model Kim Turnbull.<\/p>\n
