{"id":550976,"date":"2025-11-05T15:51:14","date_gmt":"2025-11-05T15:51:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/550976\/"},"modified":"2025-11-05T15:51:14","modified_gmt":"2025-11-05T15:51:14","slug":"capitalcentric-submits-plans-for-new-sheffield-scheme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/550976\/","title":{"rendered":"Capital&#038;Centric submits plans for new Sheffield scheme"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Social impact developer Capital&amp;Centric has submitted a planning application for the Fitzwilliam development on the edge of Sheffield city centre.<\/p>\n<p>The new neighbourhood will provide 192 homes, communal lounges for work and play, a plant-packed courtyard, space for an independent bar or caf\u00e9 on the ground floor and a rooftop terrace offering views of the city.<\/p>\n<p>The homes at Fitzwilliam will feature Scandi-designed HAY furniture and will be run by Ollo, Capital&amp;Centric\u2019s in-house rental team.<\/p>\n<p>Tom Wilmot, joint managing director of Capital&amp;Centric, said: \u201cFitzwilliam isn\u2019t another bland block of apartments. What we\u2019re creating here is a community where people actually want to spend time; that means homes that feel like home, shared spaces to make new friends, and proper greenery to unwind in. Eyewitness already has a great buzz and Fitzwilliam is really going to add to that energy.
