Andrew Garfield<\/a> has addressed a possible return to the Spider-Man<\/a> franchise.<\/p>\n

The actor played Peter Parker in 2012’s The Amazing Spider-Man and 2014’s The Amazing Spider-Man 2, before going on to reprise the role in 2021’s No Way Home alongside fellow Spidey’s Tom Holland and Tobey Maguire.<\/p>\n

During an appearance at the Middle East Film & Comic Con in Abu Dhabi, Garfield said he’s open to reprising the role again, but the concept “would have to be very weird”. <\/p>\n

“I really love playing Spider-Man. I would love to play the character again in some capacity, but I think it would have to be very weird,” he said at the panel.<\/p>\n

“I think I would want to do something very strange.”<\/p>\n

The star continued: “I would want to do something very unique, and offbeat, and surprising, kind of like the creative freedom that they have with the animated Spider-Verse movies. <\/p>\n

“I think they\u2019re so great and you can honour the character in so many different ways through the multiverse.”<\/p>\n

It comes after Garfield addressed specifically returning<\/a> for Tom Holland’s upcoming fourth Spider-Man movie<\/a>, sharing that fans may be disappointed.<\/p>\n

“I\u2019m gonna disappoint you. Yeah, no,” he told GQ<\/a> earlier this year, though he did admit that many may not believe him after he initially lied about his No Way Home cameo.<\/p>\n

“But I know no one\u2019s gonna trust anything I say from now on,” he joked. <\/p>\n

Spider-Man 4 <\/strong>will release on July 24, 2026. <\/strong>Spider-Man: No Way Home <\/strong>is available to buy now on <\/strong>Prime Video<\/strong><\/a>, <\/strong>iTunes<\/strong><\/a>, <\/strong>Microsoft Store<\/strong><\/a> and other digital retailers.<\/strong><\/p>\n
