You can view them all now, with Winter Light running up <strong>until January 18, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p> <img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-338648\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Nathaniel-Rackowe-Desire-Lines-666x500.jpg\" alt=\"Geometric shapes of bright colourful light frame the trunks of the trees that line the riverside walkway.\" width=\"946\" height=\"710\"  \/>Credit: Nathaniel Rackowe, Desire Lines Winter Light festival <\/p>\n<p>New installations at this year\u2019s \u2018Winter Light\u2019 include the likes of Beacon by <strong>Lee Broom<\/strong>, which sits just outside the Royal Festival Hall, resembling a chandelier, with a light show taking place every hour when Big Ben strikes. Desire Lines by <strong>Nathaniel Rackowe<\/strong> debuted last year and is back for 2025, displayed across the trees along the river and shining across the riverside; while <strong>Jakob Kvist\u2019s<\/strong> stunning geodesic dome, Dichroic Sphere, is certain to draw in visitors once again for this winter.<\/p>\n<p>Once you\u2019ve taken in the lights, there\u2019s also the prospect of a visit to the <a href=\"https:\/\/secretldn.com\/south-bank-christmas-market-2025\/\" rel=\"follow noopener\" target=\"_self\" class=\"shortcode-outbound-link\" data-has-ga=\"true\" data-ga-type=\"click\" data-label=\"https:\/\/secretldn.com\/south-bank-christmas-market-2025\/\" data-action=\"text_cta_0\" data-category=\"click_internal\">South Bank\u2019s Christmas Market stalls<\/a>, making a festive evening out in the city all the more plentiful.<\/p>\n<p>You can see the \u2018Winter Light 2025\u2019 trail at the Southbank Centre with glowing installations by the river running until Sunday, January 18, 2026.
