Got told this was sold out, bro. ****ing noone in here.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"men\">In the video, the band then claimed that someone had \u2018****ed about with our sound\u2019 and had \u2018already turned the lead guitar off once\u2019. In apparent frustration, the singer then throws a guitar off the stage before walking off.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"men\">\u201cTravelled down from Leeds to be messed about like that,\u201d the band said in the video. \u201cSee, Bread Shed, yeah. Absolute ******* bro. **** em bro, **** this festival.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"men\">The video then appears to show an interaction with an individual, who responds to an alleged comment from the band. I\u2019m not some ****ing twenty-year-old snot nosed kid. I\u2019ll make sure you won\u2019t get booked. You won\u2019t get any more bookings in this city.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"men\">The M.E.N reached out to representatives for the band, and was told they would not be commenting on the video. A spokesperson for The Bread Shed said the video had been &#8216;hugely edited&#8217;. The venue claimed the band had initially refused to leave, and &#8216;screamed&#8217; at staff.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"men\">Garage Flower&#8217;s video, which has been shared with their 10,800 followers on Instagram, has generated a mixed response from fans &#8211; with some hailing their reaction, whilst others suggested they needed \u2018humbling\u2019. It has also received more than 300,000 views on TikTok.<\/p>\n<p>Content cannot be displayed without consent<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"men\">One person wrote: \u201cReal bands are back.\u201d Another said: \u201cIf a record label doesn\u2019t see this and sign them straight away they are missing a band destined for great things!\u201d One other wrote: \u201cGood on you lads &#8211; great to see a proper rock n roll band who isn\u2019t afraid to tell the promoter to do one.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"men\">Even Oasis band member Bonehead commented on the video. He wrote: \u201cShow them how it\u2019s done.\u201d Another person commented: \u201cJust keep doing what you do best.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"men\">But not everyone was so impressed. One person wrote: \u201cgenuinely who do you think you are lmaoooo.&#8221; Another wrote: &#8220;That was well hard that was.\u201d One other said: \u201cThat\u2019s mint I\u2019ll post that.\u201d On TikTok, another wrote: &#8220;Respect the crowd and the crowd will respect you, simple as.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"men\">Another commented: \u201cSaw you lot in Sheffield and you thought you was the best thing since Oasis. Something needs to humble you lads as your [sic] not all that.\u201d One other posted: &#8220;Why did you throw your guitar at the crowd mate?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/0_AMR_MEN_051125_GFJPG.jpg\" alt=\"The Bread Shed claimed the lead singer threw his guitar off stage on two occasions\" loading=\"lazy\"  \/>The Bread Shed claimed the lead singer threw his guitar off stage on two occasions(Image: TikTok: @garageflowerband)<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"men\">Jason Jennings, the owner of The Bread Shed and the Flour and Flagon pub, told the M.E.N: &#8220;The video has been hugely edited to show a specific viewpoint, which does not show the band screaming at staff to the point they walked out upset and were asked to leave by the manager to which they refused and continued to scream expletives.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"men\">&#8220;It also doesn&#8217;t show the lead singer arguing with the promoter before their set, nor the fact that he threw his guitar twice on stage, the first time causing his sound issues, and the second &#8211; in the video &#8211; smashing his guitar on the stage barrier, where audience members were stood.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"men\">&#8220;Apart from that, Manchester Calling was a fabulous crowd with great promoters.
