Lily Allen fans have said they are \u2018devastated\u2019 following a pre-sale to get tickets to her tour next year.<\/p>\n

The singer recently released her acclaimed fifth album West End Girl two weeks ago, which has gone viral which many listeners suggesting it makes a number of references to her marriage and divorce from Stranger Things actor David Harbour.<\/p>\n

Last week, Lily, who is known for songs like LDN and Smile, announced she would be taking the album on the road<\/a> – performing it in full – as part of a tour at theatres and venues across the country next Spring. The tour includes two dates in Manchester at Aviva Studios<\/a> on March 10 and 11.<\/p>\n

Fans who had signed up for early access<\/a> were given their first opportunity to buy tickets for the tour, which begins in Glasgow on 2 March, and many shared their frustration at the process online.<\/p>\n

Many fans reported a high volume of people in the queues, with more than the capacity for a lot of the venues, whilst others also criticised the ticket prices<\/a> – which start from close to \u00a340.<\/p>\n

One person wrote: \u201cLily Allen presale is an absolute nightmare.\u201d One said: \u201c21,000 in the lily allen queue for presale in a venue that holds 2200. Presales are a waste of time.\u201d Another similarly said: \u201c3600 in the Lily Allen queue for a 2000 capacity venue.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another fan posted: \u201c25,000 in the queue for lily allen tickets gonna cry\u201d. One other commented: \u201cLily Allen has caused CHAOS in my office.\u201d Another demanded: \u201cpeople in front of me in the lily allen queue\u2026name one Sheezus album track.\u201d<\/p>\n

Having waited in the online queues on the likes of Ticketmaster and Gigs and Tours, fans reported being unable to select tickets with all options listed as \u2018currently unavailable\u2019. It led people to believe the shows had sold out in quick succession.<\/p>\n

One wrote: \u201clily allen sold out so she wants me dead?\u201d Another commented: \u201cLily Allen sold out when I was like 1,000 in the queue, ticketmaster you will not see heaven.\u201d Another wrote: \u201cAre you ****ing insane lily allen sold out IMMEDIATELY.\u201d<\/p>\n

Some fans also took the opportunity to criticise the prices for tickets. For the Manchester shows, tickets began at \u00a338.50, \u00a360.50 and \u00a382.50 with booking fees. Depending on the layout for each show, Aviva Studios can have capacity for up to 7,000 people.<\/p>\n

One fan commented: \u201cAw, got to the front of the queue for a Lily Allen ticket, but there’s no way I can afford one! Luckily I’ve seen her a couple of times before!\u201d Another wrote: \u201cJust saw Lily Allen London prices and no ma\u2019am x.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, some were keen to share their luck at being able to secure tickets. One wrote: \u201cLily Allen tickets secured like let\u2019s celebrate that!\u201d Another commented: \u201cLily Allen will be seeing me.\u201d<\/p>\n

General sale for tickets will take place on Friday (November 7) from 10am via the likes of Ticketmaster<\/a> and Gigs & Tours.<\/a><\/p>\n
