firework disorder"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"\">Police have charged 19 youths after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gbnews.com\/news\/birmingham-news-violent-disorder-erupts-youths-hurl-fireworks\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;intolerable&#8221;
