Wolves suffered another heavy defeat against Chelsea in their first outing without Vitor Pereira. <\/strong><\/p>\n

There\u2019s honestly not much to say about the performance from Wolves<\/a>. <\/p>\n

It was flat. The game felt like a formality with no real doubt over which way it was going to go. <\/p>\n

Wolves managed to keep a clean sheet in the first half \u2014 an achievement in its own right \u2014 but were run over in the second half, similar to the first half of their meeting in the Carabao Cup. <\/p>\n

The highlight of the night, as sad as it is, was probably Pedro Neto<\/a> getting a goal against his former club, and taking no liberties with the celebration. <\/p>\n

Neto was actually a doubt to face Wolves<\/a>, but he made it onto the team sheet to go up against his old side.<\/p>\n

When Alejandro Garnacho darted down the wing on the counter, he found Neto with ease to help the ball home from a couple of yards out. <\/p>\n

Nothing special about the goal, but the former Wolves star celebrated nonetheless, and fans weren\u2019t too pleased. <\/p>\n

One fan says: \u201cSurprised with his celebration, I thought he would have held back a bit but he went proper OTT with it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another fan agrees, remarking: \u201cPedro Neto is a weasel for that celebration by the way.\u201d <\/p>\n

But honestly, the anger at Neto was mostly just emotion. The majority of fans were more troubled by the wider problems they were seeing. <\/p>\n

Like this fan: \u201cAhaahahahha, Pereira was the problem right?\u201d <\/p>\n

Or this dejected supporter: \u201cWhat a club we have become under Fosun.\u201d <\/p>\n

If Rob Edwards gets a tune out of these players then good luck to him, will be a miracle.<\/p>\n

To end on a more light-hearted not, well, sort of, here\u2019s a fan who comes to a quick realisation. And not a happy one. They say: \u201cTime for Vitor to g\u2026 oh.\u201d <\/p>\n

A really dull Premier League<\/a> outing at Stamford Bridge. <\/p>\n

Rob Edwards has his work cut out for him <\/p>\n

Rob Edwards looks set to become Wolves\u2019 next manager<\/a>, and this display at Stamford Bridge doesn\u2019t do much to reassure. <\/p>\n

He needs to come in and change the way Wolves not only play, but approach games. It\u2019s just not working. <\/p>\n

After Middlesbrough\u2019s decision to let Edwards negotiate<\/a>, it\u2019s a matter of time before he is announced. <\/p>\n

But tonight\u2019s performance shows that the problems at Wolves are much more than just the man in the technical area. <\/p>\n
