A photograph of a young child getting treatment at Birmingham Children’s Hospital has been shortlisted for a major photography competition.<\/b><\/p>\n
Kris Askey, who works with the hospital’s fundraising team, photographed Jessie, three, on the oncology ward, where she was treated for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia.<\/p>\n
He said: “It’s a massive honour to have a photo like this recognised, and bring some awareness to children like Jessie and the Children’s Hospital itself.”<\/p>\n
