A man has been arrested in suspicion of drink-driving after a bulldozer was taken on a Midland city centre rampage.<\/p>\n
A 24-tonne earthmover was stolen in Staffordshire<\/a>, believed to be from a quarry, and then driven through Wolverhampton<\/a> city centre, ending up in Willenhall on the opposite side of the city on Saturday (November 8) night.<\/p>\n Footage posted online shows the construction vehicle being driven along Willenhall Road towards the Cleveland Arms pub.<\/p>\n Read more: Man charged with attempted murder after city centre stabbing<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Charlene Harris captures the incident on video and gives a running commentary as it happens.<\/p>\n She had been at the Merry Boys Inn pub and had popped out for a cigarette when the bulldozer came careering down Willenhall Road.<\/p>\n A lorry had been parked across the road in an apparent attempt to stop the bulldozer.<\/p>\n But, in her commentary, Charlene said: \u201cGonna go through him. He\u2019s gone through the bush. He\u2019s moving the wagon.<\/p>\n \u201cHere he comes, here he comes, here he comes.\u201d<\/p>\n She screams and laughs and continues: \u201cHe\u2019s stole this bulldozer. Watch the cars, the cars!<\/p>\n \u201cOh s**t he\u2019s gone. Look at the lorry. The coppers can\u2019t stop it happening.<\/p>\n \u201cThey tried with a big ****ing wagon and they can\u2019t even do it with that. It bulldozed straight through it.\u201d<\/p>\n A Royal Mail<\/a> lorry had been parked across the road, but the bulldozer pushes it out of the way as the driver goes on the wrong side of the road.<\/p>\n The driver then crosses the road to join the correct carriageway and heads towards Willenhall.<\/p>\n![\"The](\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/0_Stolen-bulldozer-1.jpg\")
