Liverpool\u2019s inconsistent Premier League form continued against Manchester City as they were beaten 3-0 at the Etihad Stadium. Erling Haaland was on the scoresheet, opening the scoring, before Nico Gonzalez added a second in first-half stoppage.<\/p>\n
But before that goal, Virgil van Dijk<\/a> had an equaliser controversially disallowed for an offside against Andy Robertson<\/a> on the line. The impressive Jeremy Doku then secured all three points for his side with a wonderful curling strike from the edge of the box.<\/p>\n Speaking after the game, Reds boss Arne Slot<\/a> said: “They were better than us.
