Wayne Rooney remains concerned about Leeds United after their defeat to Nottingham Forest.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Leeds lost 3-1 against Forest on Sunday<\/a> as the home side came back from behind to secure all three points at the City Ground.<\/p>\n

Lucas Perri may have impressed against Forest<\/a>, but was arguably let down by those around him in yet another defeat away from Elland Road<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The loss has seen further sack pressure build on Daniel Farke at Leeds<\/a> as the Whites hurtle down the table towards the relegation zone.<\/p>\n

Rooney<\/a> has now spoken out on his worries for the Yorkshire outfit after watching the defeat against Sean Dyche\u2019s men.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

There is very little to be positive about in LS11 right now after back-to-back defeats on the road.<\/p>\n

Brighton secured an easy victory over Leeds<\/a> before the Whites chucked away a 1-0 lead in the East Midlands on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Farke<\/a> will have questions to answer if this run of form continues, but the players on the pitch have arguably let him down.<\/p>\n

His side ranks in mid-table for chances created, but they have the second-worst conversion rate in the entire Premier League.<\/p>\n

Rooney does see this as a worry, but has shared his feeling that the defensive aspect of Leeds is in desperate need of improvement while speaking via Match of the Day on Sunday.<\/p>\n

He said: \u201cI think for Leeds it\u2019s a bit of a concern. <\/p>\n

\u201cI think all they can keep doing is keep trying to create chances and hope that the forwards will convert them, but I also think at both ends of the pitch, defensively, they\u2019re conceding too many goals as well. <\/p>\n

\u201cI think they\u2019re in a bad moment, and I\u2019m sure they\u2019ll be working on it and trying to get out of it.\u201c<\/p>\n

Daniel Farke has to leave Leeds after Nottingham Forest defeat<\/p>\n

It may seem unfair, but the sacking of the German could prove to be completely beneficial for the Whites at this stage.<\/p>\n

The head coach showed in his time at Norwich City that his approach may not be quite effective in the Premier League, and that appears to be the case once again.<\/p>\n

Leeds have to be winning games against teams like Forest, who are in and around them in the table, and they didn\u2019t on Sunday.<\/p>\n

The appointment of an experienced figure in the division could prove to be a wise move, but a decision needs to be made quickly before it\u2019s too late.<\/p>\n
