A scene of destruction was left on a Bolton<\/a> road after a car ploughed into three parked vehicles.<\/p>\n

Fire<\/a> crews descended on St Helens Road, in Over Hulton, at around 2am on Sunday morning (November 9).<\/p>\n

A severely damaged red car was seen with its hazard lights on in the middle of the road<\/a> following the collision.<\/p>\n

Several firefighters could be seen working on the vehicle, which appeared to have its doors and boot open.<\/p>\n

A number of people were seen watching on while emergency services worked at the scene.<\/p>\n

Three large cars – a silver Volkswagen, a black Toyota and a silver Toyota – which were parked on the side of the road were visibly damaged following the collision.<\/p>\n

Debris could also be seen strewn along the road following the crash.<\/p>\n

A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) said: “At shortly after 2am on Sunday (November 9) two fire engines from Bolton<\/a> Central and Hindley fire stations plus the enhanced rescue unit from Ashton<\/a> fire station were called to a crash involving one car into three parked cars on St Helens Road, Bolton.<\/p>\n

“Firefighters made the vehicles and surrounding area safe alongside partners.<\/p>\n

“Crews were in attendance for around 40 minutes.”<\/p>\n

Greater Manchester Police<\/a> has been approached for further details.<\/p>\n
