The Duchess of Sussex is reportedly making her way back to our screens with a new acting project\u2014and apparently, not everyone is here for it. Soon after the news about Meghan Markle<\/a>\u2019s rumored new movie, Close Personal Friends<\/a>, broke, royal commenter Angela Levin took to Twitter to write<\/a>, \u201cMeghan won\u2019t love being told what to do by any producer. Suits actors found her \u2018difficult, demanding and rude\u2019 and she was only a starter then.\u201d Okay!<\/p>\n Luckily, one of Meghan\u2019s former Suits co-stars is here to set the record straight. In response to Angela\u2019s claims about Meghan\u2019s alleged on-set behavior, actor Wendell Pierce (who played her on-screen dad, Robert Zane) replied, \u201cYou have no idea what you are talking about @angelalevin1. You are a gossip monger looking to profit off of smearing a woman you know nothing about.\u201d<\/p>\n And he wasn\u2019t done there! \u201cMeghan was a kind, giving, and talented artist who I enjoyed working with for years,\u201d he continued. \u201cYou, Angela, are a shameless hack. I\u2019m more mad at myself for allowing you to get under my skin.\u201d Wendell, who also stars on shows like Jack Ryan and Elsbeth, concluded his message with, \u201cI\u2019ll focus this anger on the friendship that Meghan and I have and the fond memories I have from working on SUITS. Her grace is something you know nothing about.\u201d <\/p>\n As a reminder: Before she joined the Royal family alongside Prince Harry<\/a>, the Duchess starred as Rachel Zane on the fan-favorite legal drama from 2011 to 2018. <\/p>\n Wendell Pierce as Robert Zane and Meghan Markle as Rachel Zane on Suits.<\/p>\n
