\n ETB Autocentres depot in Wythall is gearing up for a period of sustained success following the appointment of one of the automotive industry’s most respected centre managers as well as the creation of three new jobs.\n<\/p>\n
\n With 40 years of aftermarket experience at a host of automotive depots under his belt, Jason Heales has joined the Heath Farm site with a clear mission to transform the centre\u2019s fortunes and unlock its full potential.\n<\/p>\n
\n To support his plans, Jason is now recruiting for a master technician, MOT tester and tyre fitter as he assembles a new-look team to deliver the highest levels of service.\n<\/p>\n
\n An industry stalwart with a track record of success across multiple depots, Jason began his career 40 years ago on a Youth Training Scheme and progressed to roles as a mobile fitter with ATS, running his own tyre-fitting business at Portbury Docks, Bristol, and managing centres for major national brands such as Kwik Fit, Halfords and Malvern Tyres.\n<\/p>\n
\n Jason joined ETB in 2022 and made an immediate impact at its Lydney depot, where his hands-on management style and focus on customer care helped drive strong results. His\n<\/p>\n
\n Reflecting on the challenge ahead, Jason said: “There\u2019s no secret formula for success, but simply a case of doing the basics right and building trust with each and every customer. Behind every successful garage is a motivated team that feels valued and appreciated and takes pride in going the extra mile for customers.\n<\/p>\n
\n “Communication and transparency are also vital. Customers should always know what\u2019s happening with their vehicle and feel that they\u2019re being looked after. That\u2019s what creates lasting relationships.\n<\/p>\n
