The latest international break is upon us, and that means the majority of Ruben Amorim<\/a>\u2019s squad will be flying off across the world representing their national teams.<\/p>\n As it stands, 15 members of the squad will not be at Carrington for the next few days as Manchester United<\/a> look towards the home game against Everton on Monday, 24 November. Saturday\u2019s late 2-2 draw with Tottenham<\/a> means that United will be looking to extend their five-match unbeaten run.<\/p>\n While Amorim and his staff will have a reduced squad over the international break, it does give them time to work more closely with the players who have stayed behind.<\/p>\n Most have simply been left out of their respective national squads for the upcoming fixtures. There is, however, one big injury concern for United with striker Benjamin Sesko pulling out of the Slovenia squad<\/a> due to a knee injury he suffered in the draw against Spurs.<\/p>\n The Manchester Evening News understands that Sesko<\/a> will continue to be assessed at United this week<\/a>. But it is thought that the injury is not a serious one.<\/p>\n There was also an injury scare over Casemiro<\/a>. The midfielder was taken off against Tottenham, but, as it stands he is still set to join up with the Brazil squad.<\/p>\n One player who won\u2019t be with the club, but is not expected to feature in international games is defender Lisandro Martinez<\/a>. He has just returned to training with United as he steps up his recovery from a major knee injury.<\/p>\n He is set to join up with the Argentina team to take part in training<\/a>, but was not named in the squad for the upcoming international fixtures.<\/p>\n A total of 11 players, including Sesko will stay behind at United over the break. He is likely to be spending the time working on his recovery from injury and he could be joined by defender Harry Maguire, who was the third player to be withdrawn against Spurs.<\/p>\n The England international was not called up to Thomas Tuchel\u2019s squad for the games against Serbia and Albania, meaning he can undergo any rehabilitation needed at Carrington.<\/p>\n Four other England internationals will remain at United after not being called up to the squad. Luke Shaw, Mason Mount, Kobbie Mainoo and Tom Heaton will all be looking towards the Everton game and working more closely with Amorim.<\/p>\n They will be joined by youngsters Ayden Heaven, Tyler Fredricson and Chido Obi who will all look to impress in a bid to attempt to break into the first team squad.<\/p>\n Tyrell Malacia and Joshua Zirkzee will also be in and around the squad over the international break after not being called up to the Netherlands squad.<\/p>\n The reduced squad could give some other young players a chance to join in with first-team training to boost the numbers working with Amorim and his coaching staff.<\/p>\n As for those away on international duty, United will be keeping a close eye on their progress with fingers crossed that they come back fit and healthy.<\/p>\n Sky Sports discounted Premier League and EFL package<\/p>\n This article contains affiliate links, we will receive a commission on any sales we generate from it.
