A man and women were walking together in front of them when the woman collided with the [stroller],\u201d the\u00a0British Transport Police said<\/a>\u00a0in a statement released on Monday.<\/p>\n \u201cThe man then began shouting racial abuse at the victim and her family, before the woman grabbed her hair. When the victim tried to defend herself the man pulled out a small bottle and said it was pepper spray before spraying it in the direction of the victim and her family,\u201d the statement continued.<\/p>\n \u201cThe woman shouted abuse and made lewd gestures at them before both parties left the area,\u201d the statement went on.<\/p>\n The statement featured an image of a man and a woman, identified by multiple news outlets as Ostermann and Lively.<\/p>\n Lively was the subject of a profile about \u201cMar-a-Lago face,\u201d with French outlet AFP.
