Birmingham City celebrated lifting the League One winners\u2019 trophy on Sunday \u2013 and Chris Davies<\/a> capped the perfect day by being crowned Manager of the Year.<\/p>\n Davies emerged victorious over Phil Parkinson, Nathan Jones and Richie Wellens at the EFL Awards dinner after a season which saw Blues<\/a> shatter the League One points record.<\/p>\n Blues\u2019 4-0 victory over Mansfield<\/a> on Sunday saw them reach 105 points and eclipse the previous points record set by Wolverhampton Wanderers in 2013\/14.
