Arne Slot must lay out his requirements for the January transfer window as Liverpool look to address their biggest issues.<\/strong><\/p>\n

After Liverpool\u2019s 3-0 loss to Man City<\/a>, the Reds have slipped to eighth in the Premier League table, winning just one of their last six league matches, highlighting multiple weaknesses.<\/p>\n

Alexander Isak has flopped at Liverpool so far<\/a>, especially after signing from Newcastle United<\/a> for \u00a3130million, but thanks to the deal for Hugo Ekitike<\/a>, the attack has not totally failed.<\/p>\n

The biggest concerns have emerged in the centre of defence, with Virgil van Dijk<\/a> not nearly at his best this season, while his partner, Ibrahima Konate<\/a>, has done very little to comfort the fans.<\/p>\n

If Slot is to bring more silverware back to Anfield this season, which he is expected to do, signing a new centre-back in January will be crucial. Schlotterbeck<\/a> would solve a lot of issues.<\/p>\n
