EastEnders<\/a> is in for a de-ageing makeover for a special scene set to air later this week.<\/p>\n

To mark this year’s BBC Children in Need telethon, set to air on 14 November, the show will head to Walford for a dramatic scene in the Queen Vic.<\/p>\n

The BBC has revealed a first-look image at one of this years’ sketches which will see sixteen-year-old BAFTA winner BBC Children in Need presenter Lenny Rush replacing three iconic EastEnders characters.<\/p>\n

Lenny and Pudsey the bear have the Vic in their sights, with three children taking on the roles of iconic characters Kat Moon, Phil Mitchell and Billy Mitchell. The trio will be joined by Walford regulars Alfie Moon, played by Shane Richie, and Lauren Branning, portrayed by Jacqueline Jossa. <\/p>\n

Mini Kat, mini Phil and mini Billy are to be involved in a tense scene “in true EastEnders style,” the announcement teased. <\/p>\n

“Tensions run high in The Queen Vic and loaded accusations of misplaced belongings are flung far and wide,” the spoof’s synopsis read.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile on regular EastEnders, the Vic is at the centre of a disturbing story for Zoe Slater. <\/p>\n

In upcoming scenes, Zoe’s stalker leaves behind a clue at the pub<\/a>, with the Slaters convinced they can figure out their identity.<\/p>\n

Next week, the Slaters find a threatening message graffitied in The Vic’s barrel store, as Zoe finds an earring<\/a> that’s been dropped nearby. <\/p>\n

Determined to find out who’s been targeting her, she’s on a hunt for the owner of the missing earring.<\/p>\n

“Kat and Alfie may have had their doubts over Zoe\u2019s claims that someone was out to get them<\/a>, but the message in the barrel store comes through loud and clear!” our EastEnders insider explained.<\/p>\n

“The Slaters are shocked to the core, but when they find the earring, they realise they may hold the key to putting an end to this reign of terror.”<\/p>\n

BBC Children in Need airs on BBC One and iPlayer at 7pm this Friday night.<\/strong><\/p>\n

EastEnders airs on Mondays-Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer, where most episodes drop early at 6am ahead of their TV broadcast. <\/strong><\/p>\n
