\u201cAs you can imagine, it\u2019s a very complicated build because we\u2019re not just doing the one kitchen, we\u2019re doing six, but it\u2019s coming along well and we\u2019re really excited to share it with our passengers.\u201d<\/p>\n

Due to open in the coming months, the Great Northern Market is one of more than 20 new shops and restaurants<\/a> opening in T2 as part of the second phase of Manchester Airport\u2019s 10-year, \u00a31.3bn transformation programme, now nearing completion.
