Lady Frederick Windsor claimed the members of the royal family live in \u201ctotal hell.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe more I get to know the royal family, the more I get that their lives are total hell and that level of unasked-for fame is a form of torture,\u201d the British actress, born Sophie Winkleman, told the Times<\/a> in an interview published Wednesday.<\/p>\n

\u201cNone of them went on [the British music competition television series]\u00a0\u2018Pop Idol\u2019\u00a0or something to be famous,\u201d she added. <\/p>\n

Lady Frederick Windsor \u2014 who married Lord Frederick Windsor, the son of Prince Michael of Kent, who is King Charles III\u2019s second cousin, in 2009 \u2014 said she \u201cfeel[s]\u201d for all of the royal family.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t think a life with that much scrutiny and pressure is remotely healthy, but they have no choice,\u201d she shared.<\/p>\n

In another part of the interview, Lady Frederick Windsor, 45, talked about her nuptials, saying that she \u201cdidn\u2019t know anyone\u201d there. <\/p>\n

\u201cI had my best pals there, but basically it was full of faces I\u2019d never seen before,\u201d the \u201cThe Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe\u201d actress confessed.<\/p>\n

Page Six has reached out to Buckingham Palace for comment but did not immediately hear back.<\/p>\n

Lady Frederick Windsor, who shares daughters Maud, 12, and Isabella, 9, with her husband, 46, previously spoke out about how her wedding day was a \u201cblur.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe had to move to Los Angeles the day after, and I had to start a brand-new job the day after that,\u201d she recalled in a May interview with the Telegraph<\/a>. <\/p>\n

\u201cSo, we got married on Saturday and moved everything, our whole lives, out to America the day after. And I\u2019d been so concentrating on the work that I hadn\u2019t thought about the wedding,\u201d the actress added.<\/p>\n

Despite all of the mayhem, Lady Frederick Windsor said she has no regret about marrying into a famous brood.<\/p>\n
