Rob Edwards has just become Wolves\u2019 new manager, and there\u2019s already been claim about Jhon Arias that isn\u2019t ideal for him if it\u2019s true.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jhon Arias<\/a> joined Wolves<\/a> from Fluminense in the summer for a fee of around \u00a319 million, and hopes were very high for the Colombian.<\/p>\n

Having lost Matheus Cunha, fans wanted to see the arrival of a player who was oven-ready, and someone with real quality.<\/p>\n

Arias had stood out for a long time in Brazil, establishing himself as not only one of Fluminense\u2019s most influential players, but one of the best in the top-flight.<\/p>\n

Vitor Pereira vouched for Arias\u2019 signing having seen him up close<\/a>, and a strong showing at the Club World Cup only solidified the interest from Wolves.<\/p>\n

So Arias was signed. But unfortunately, he\u2019s not had the start everyone had hoped for \u2013 and now a worrying claim has emerged.<\/p>\n

Over the last few weeks, there have been some murmurs about interest from Flamengo in Arias.<\/p>\n

But it has also been maintained that Arias has been feeling defiant, and determined to make a success of his move to Wolves<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But now, for the first time, it\u2019s been claimed Arias isn\u2019t actually too happy.<\/p>\n

Independent journalist Paulo Brito has made this claim on X, suggesting Arias is unhappy and regrets his move to Molineux<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He mentions the interest from Flamengo, but says it\u2019s actually his old club Fluminense who hold a \u2018priority\u2019 in the event of any move.<\/p>\n

But it\u2019s stated that any return to Brazil from Wolves would be a \u2018last resort\u2019 at the moment. Surely, Wolves would not want to lose him just months after he signed.<\/p>\n

This claim is somewhat surprised, because it comes not long after Arias spoke defiantly about his struggles at Wolves.<\/p>\n

Arias said he likes a challenge<\/a>, and even admitted he would sign for Wolves again.<\/p>\n

Hopefully, there\u2019s no truth in Arias not being happy at Wolves. <\/p>\n

Jhon Arias was only recently quoted speaking defiantly amid his Wolves struggles <\/p>\n

Would I sign for Wolves again? Yes, totally. I\u2019m very calm about my decision. I knew there would be difficulties, but I like a challenge because they\u2019re the best way to grow and learn, by stepping out of your comfort zone. Days of glory and joy will come.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

It would be the last thing Edwards needs, because he\u2019s just come in and needs everyone pulling together in the same direction.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s a quality player, that is clear from the fact Arias was recently included on the shortlist for Best Men\u2019s Midfielder at the FIFA Best awards<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We just haven\u2019t seen that quality in a Wolves shirt yet with the previous manager perhaps not using him in the right way. Hopefully, Edwards will be the man to get a tune out of him.<\/p>\n
