Sophie married Frederick Windsor, the son of Queen Elizabeth\u2019s first cousin Prince Michael of Kent, in 2009. Her acting credits include Two and a Half Men and Peep Show.<\/p>\n<p>Known as <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.realitytea.com\/tag\/lady-frederick-windsor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lady Frederick Windsor<\/a><\/strong>, she has two daughters, Maud, 12, and Isabella, 9. The family regularly attends British royal family events with Prince William and Kate Middleton.<\/p>\n<p>Lady Frederick Windsor calls the royal family\u2019s lives \u201cbrutal\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"683\" width=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/GettyImages-2188558205.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-997198\"  \/>Photo Credit: Chris Jackson\/Getty Images<\/p>\n<p>Sophie spoke of her opinion to U.K. newspaper\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thetimes.com\/article\/b869b903-34d9-49d0-b971-e711525394af\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Times<\/a>, saying, \u201cThe more I get to know <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realitytea.com\/2025\/08\/04\/royal-family-drama-controversy-trouble-meghan-markle-prince-harry\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the royal family<\/a>, the more I get that their lives are total hell and that level of unasked-for fame is a form of torture. None of them went on [the U.K. reality music competition]\u00a0Pop Idol\u00a0or something to be famous. To have that sort of blinding spotlight in your face from when you\u2019re born, not knowing quite whom you can trust, not knowing if someone\u2019s going to betray you, people writing lies about you the whole time, is just brutal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Last May, Sophie spoke with the U.K. newspaper, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/news\/2025\/05\/27\/sophie-windsor-maniac-mother\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Telegraph<\/a>, commenting, \u201cSo we got married on Saturday and moved everything, our whole lives, out to America the day after. And I\u2019d been so concentrating on the work that I hadn\u2019t thought about the wedding.\u201d She added, this \u201cmeant that my hair was so disgusting, and Freddie still gets upset about it. It was just disgusting.
