You can head to Time Out\u2019s second best Christmas market in the country in 2025 \u2013 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/birmingham\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Birmingham\u2019s<\/a> Frankfurt Christmas<\/strong> <strong>Market<\/strong>.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Brum\u2019s sprawling\u00a0Christmas bazaar (which came second only to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/uk\/news\/the-vast-triumphant-festive-fair-that-is-officially-the-best-christmas-market-in-the-uk-for-2025-110725\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Manchester\u2019s ginormous Xmas markets<\/a>) is\u00a0one of the largest\u00a0authentic\u00a0German markets outside of Germany or Austria. Running from Victoria Square, down New Street and up to the Bullring, it has several themed bars serving up gallons of\u00a0hot gl\u00fchwein and huts handing out tonnes of schnitzel,\u00a0Berliner doughnuts and more, as well as handcrafted gifts, toys, decorations and jewellery.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s everything you need to know if you\u2019re tempted to check out Birmingham\u2019s Frankfurt Christmas Market for yourself this festive season.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>When is Birmingham\u00a0Frankfurt Christmas\u00a0Market?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Birmingham\u2019s 2025 market\u00a0launched\u00a0on November 1 and is around <strong>until December 24<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are its opening times?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The market\u2019s opening times are as follows:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>&#13;<\/p>\n<li><strong>Monday-Thursday:<\/strong> 11am to 9pm<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li><strong>Friday: <\/strong>11am to 9.30pm<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li><strong>Saturday:<\/strong> 10am to 9.30pm<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li><strong>Sunday:<\/strong> 10am to 9pm<\/li>\n<p>&#13;\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What are the main attractions?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The traditional stalls are worthy attractions in themselves, but if you\u2019re after some extra entertainment there\u2019s the big wheel and ice skating on Centenary Square (running until January 5) and live music from local musicians on Saturdays and Sundays.
