A man has been rushed to hospital after a crash between a motorbike and a car outside an Asda<\/a> in Merseyside. Emergency services were called to the scene of the crash on Ormskirk Road in Aintree today at around 6.05pm today, November 15.<\/p>\n Merseyside Police<\/a> said officers were called following reports of a crash between a Honda car <\/a>and a Sinnis motorbike. The man riding the motorcycle has been taken to hospital with a leg injury<\/a>.<\/p>\n The force said the driver stopped at the scene.<\/p>\n Enquiries remain ongoing and the road has been reopened following a closure<\/a>.<\/p>\n A Merseyside Police spokesperson told the ECHO<\/a>: “We were called this evening, Saturday 15 November, to a road traffic collision involving a car and a motorbike.<\/p>\n “Officers were called to Ormskirk<\/a> Road, Aintree<\/a>, at around 6.05pm following reports of a collision between a Honda car and a Sinnis motorbike.<\/p>\n “The male motorcyclist has been taken to hospital with a leg injury. The driver of the car stopped at the scene.<\/p>\n “Enquiries into the collision are ongoing.
