From elegant dining rooms in the capital to family-run kitchens across the regions, these restaurants represent a <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/whats-on\/food-drink-news\/\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">culture deeply woven into British life<\/a>, according to the team.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"liverpoolecho\">This year, Raval Indian Brasserie &amp; Bar in Gateshead walked away with the guide\u2019s highest honour of National Champion 2025. It was also said there was an \u201cinformal service and assured cooking work in harmony\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"liverpoolecho\">Whereas Bundobust was loved for its \u201cinventive vegetarian plates demonstrating clever spice management and smart presentation. A lively setting where well-practised technique supports a casual spirit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"liverpoolecho\">Manchester\u2019s Dishoom in the city centre was also given the nod as a restaurant \u201cleading in the areas with distinctive culinary vision and accomplished technique\u201d.
