I live 5 mins from the High Road Overground and 13 mins from the tube. I love our little life here.’

They added: ‘There are new cafes popping up around us, new pop ups, really cool restaurants and even when things close down there is a new business ready to take it to a new level…I honestly think this area is overlooked and if you can afford Leytonstone I think it will improve even more.’

Do you have a story to share?

Get in touch by emailing MetroLifestyleTeam@Metro.co.uk.

Arrow
MORE: 6 London neighbourhoods where terraced houses cost less than £500,000

Arrow
MORE: Bridget Jones star drops F-bomb live on BBC during statue reveal

Arrow
MORE: Van explodes in shopping centre’s underground car park near London station

Comment now

   Comments

Add Metro as a Preferred Source on Google

    Add as preferred source

    The Diaspora Dish

We’re cooking up something magical… Join the family, and look forward to exclusive interviews and unforgettable recipes.

Leytonstone has emerged as a property hotspot (Picture: Getty Images) In the ever-evolving London property market, rapid decision-making…

[7757
748,393,4884,388,257,2516,16,15
0":"post-576606","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-london","8":"tag-britain","9":"tag-england","10":"tag-great-britain","11":"tag-lifestyle","12":"tag-london","13":"tag-property","14":"tag-uk","15":"tag-united-kingdom
["GET
