Lambert Smith Hampton, the commercial property firm which secures the centre\u2019s retailers, said the lettings marked a \u201clandmark\u201d year.<\/p>\n

It said the arrival of LEGO in August had resulted in record footfall, and that all the new signings \u201creinforced [Victoria Square\u2019s] position as Northern Ireland\u2019s premier shopping destination\u201d.<\/p>\n

The centre\u2019s other new tenants comprise Bershka, Space NK, Krispy Kreme, Mowgli Street Food, Astrid & Miyu, Crew Clothing, Loake Shoemakers, and Crew Clothing.<\/p>\n

Lambert Smith Hampton said Pull & Bear had relocated in the centre, enabling it to treble in size, while denim giant Levi\u2019s had returned after shutting down in 2018. <\/p>\n

The firm also said that fashion was driving performance, thanks to Bershka\u2019s arrival and the growth of its sister brand, Pull & Bear.<\/p>\n

Sephora will be arriving at Victoria Square in early 2026.<\/p>\n

It further said beauty and lifestyle brands were strong, with Space NK\u2019s relocation from Donegall Square, adding that Sephora\u2019s arrival next year would be a \u201csignificant milestone\u201d in NI.<\/p>\n

Lambert Smith Hampton said lease renewals had also been strong during the year, with 11 retailers signing up to long leases, and others, such as Hugo Boss, Reiss, Wagamama, Cosmo and Five Guys, investing in store refits.<\/p>\n
