All is rosy at Liverpool after the Reds won the Premier League title for the second time on Sunday.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Liverpool had put themselves into a magnificent position ahead of the weekend and got the job done in fitting fashion, smashing Tottenham Hotspur 5-1.<\/p>\n

The celebrations that followed were something Anfield<\/a> has waited 35 years to see and they did not disappoint.<\/p>\n

But as the dust settles and the hangovers begin to clear, Liverpool<\/a> are already focusing on what must now come next. <\/p>\n

With their status as Premier League<\/a> champions secured, the Reds are plotting a big summer ahead. This feels like just the beginning for Arne Slot and his Liverpool squad<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Excitingly, reports coming out following Liverpool\u2019s coronation suggest that between Slot and sporting director Richard Hughes<\/a>, some very big plans for this summer are being drawn up.<\/p>\n

Despite having won the Premier League at a canter this season, there are still clear improvements that can be made to the Liverpool team. That is perhaps the most exciting thing about this season.<\/p>\n

And according to BBC Sport<\/a>, Liverpool are already putting plans in place for that to happen.<\/p>\n

They claim that, led by Hughes, the Reds are now about to \u2018go into overdrive\u2019 in their transfer preparations.<\/p>\n

Plans are reportedly \u2018well on\u2019 to add to the team, with an exciting claim that \u2018heavyweight reinforcements\u2019 are supposedly on the way.<\/p>\n

Liverpool\u2019s mantra is said to be one of adding to their squad from a position of strength and having just won the Premier League, there is no better time to do that.<\/p>\n

Anticipation is growing ahead of what promises to be an interesting few months for the Reds.<\/p>\n

Danny Murphy offers transfer suggestions<\/p>\n

As part of their report, BBC Sport enlisted the help of former Liverpool midfielder Danny Murphy, who has given some pointers about where Slot and Hughes could be looking to strengthen this summer \u2013 and who with.<\/p>\n\nPosition<\/td>\nSuggestions<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n\nCentre-back<\/td>\nJarrad Branthwaite, Marc Guehi, Micky van de Ven<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n\nLeft-back<\/td>\nMilos Kerkez<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n\nRight-back<\/td>\nN\/A<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n\nForward<\/td>\nJonathan David, Mohammed Kudus<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Danny Murphy\u2019s Liverpool transfer suggestions<\/p>\n

At centre-back, Murphy thinks Liverpool should avoid the battle for Dean Huijsen<\/a> and instead look at someone who is \u2018a bit further down the line\u2019 in their development. Three names the pundit throws forward are Marc Guehi, Jarrad Branthwaite and Micky van de Ven.<\/p>\n

At left-back Milos Kerkez is Murphy\u2019s pick, while he also urges Slot and Hughes to bring in a new, unnamed right-back if Trent Alexander-Arnold leaves.<\/p>\n

The former Liverpool man would not be looking for an addition in midfield and instead instructs Slot to \u2018plead\u2019 with Wataru Endo to stay and feature as a squad player yet again.<\/p>\n

Up front Murphy believes a move for Alexander Isak is unrealistic, and offers surprise that Lille\u2019s Jonathan David has not been more in the conversation.
