{"id":577989,"date":"2025-11-18T09:25:14","date_gmt":"2025-11-18T09:25:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/577989\/"},"modified":"2025-11-18T09:25:14","modified_gmt":"2025-11-18T09:25:14","slug":"edinburgh-locals-wake-up-without-water-in-homes-as-engineers-investigate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/577989\/","title":{"rendered":"Edinburgh locals wake up without water in homes as engineers &#8216;investigate&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Families in two neighbourhoods of Edinburgh woke up without water on Tuesday morning after an <a href=\"https:\/\/uk.news.yahoo.com\/edinburgh-local-reports-water-spurting-163205707.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:issue;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;outcm:mb_qualified_link;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;\" class=\"link  yahoo-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">issue<\/a> was detected with the supply.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Residents in <a href=\"https:\/\/uk.news.yahoo.com\/chilling-moment-edinburgh-hitman-guns-175144707.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:Granton;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;outcm:mb_qualified_link;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;\" class=\"link  yahoo-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Granton<\/a> and Muirhouse, in the north of the city, reported the problem to Scottish Water at 7.20am on November 18.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">It is still classed as &#8220;under investigation&#8221;
