It excludes people that have helped create the community that I was nominated for.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Ms Sharpe said trans women were important players in the sport and urged them not to be disheartened by Cycling UK&#8217;s decision.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">&#8220;They&#8217;re not a reflection of the communities that we&#8217;ve built and certainly in Bristol, there are so many options to go out and ride with people who aren&#8217;t taking this stance.
