A shocking new sexual battery allegation<\/a> has emerged against hip-hop mogul Sean ‘Diddy<\/a>‘ Combs, and California<\/a> police are investigating.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It comes as Combs is currently serving a four-year prison sentence<\/a> on prostitution-related convictions in New Jersey<\/a>\u00a0following\u00a0his federal trial earlier this year.<\/p>\n

The new allegation comes from an unnamed male music producer and publicist in Florida<\/a> who said he met Combs at a Los Angeles warehouse photoshoot in 2020.\u00a0<\/p>\n

He claims that at the shoot, Combs began masturbating beneath a shirt while watching pornography.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Combs then exposed himself and told the producer to assist him, according to the producer’s police report seen by\u00a0NBC<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The producer said he did not respond to Combs, who continued with his lewd act before throwing the shirt at him, according to the legal document.\u00a0<\/p>\n

He said he did not tell police about the incident for five years due to embarrassment, until he came forward in Largo, Florida, this September.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The LA County Sheriff\u00b4s Department said it received an official copy of the report from the Florida department on Friday, and will be investigating the allegations<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The police report also details another traumatic alleged incident involving Combs.\u00a0<\/p>\n

According to the producer, in March 2021, while he was at a Santa Monica property on a work trip, two men grabbed him and threw something over his head.\u00a0<\/p>\n

He said he was taken to a room where Combs berated him and called him a snitch, according to the police report.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘Special Victims Bureau will be investigating the allegations,’ the LA sheriff’s department said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Combs’ civil attorney Jonathan Davis dismissed the latest allegation in a statement to the Daily Mail.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘As Mr. Combs\u2019 legal team has repeatedly stated for over a year now, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a media circus,’ he said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘Let me make it absolutely clear, Mr. Combs categorically denies as false and defamatory all claims that he sexually abused anyone.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘He looks forward to vindicating himself in court, where such matters are decided\u2014and not in the media\u2014based on admissible, material evidence, not rank speculation and unsubstantiated allegations.’<\/p>\n

Combs, 56, was convicted in July of flying his girlfriends and male sex workers around the country to engage in drug-fueled sexual encounters over several years.\u00a0<\/p>\n

However, he was acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering charges that could have put him behind bars for life.<\/p>\n

He is set to be released in May 2028, though he can earn reductions in his time behind bars through his participation in substance abuse treatment and other prison programs.<\/p>\n

It is a far cry from the polished look Diddy was known for during the height of his fame, when he was regularly pictured in designer suits and sunglasses.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The I’ll Be Missing You<\/a>\u00a0singer was transferred from Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn to Federal Correctional Institution, Fort Dix in New Jersey on October 30.<\/p>\n

There, his publicist\u00a0Juda Engelmayer insisted to\u00a0NBC News<\/a>, her client is committed to sobriety, healing and trying to set an example for others.<\/p>\n

He has secured\u00a0a coveted job at the prison chapel and is enrolled in a drug rehabilitation program that could see his sentence reduced by a year.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Combs has even reportedly started up his own class to teach other inmates how to be entrepreneurs at the low-security prison, located about 40 miles outside of Philadelphia.<\/p>\n
