The European Commissioner for Defence and Space, Andrius Kubilius, said in a speech on Sunday that intelligence services, including from <a data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/latest\/germany\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Germany<\/a>, Denmark, Finland and the Netherlands, suggest that Putin could be ready to test <a data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/news\/world\/2108620\/minister-reveals-threshold-triggering-natos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Article 5 of NATO<\/a> &#8211; which states that an armed attack against one member is considered one against all members &#8211; during next two to four years, before 2030.<\/p>\n<p>He called an attack scenario &#8220;day X&#8221;, adding that Europe would &#8220;face the aggression of a Russian battle-tested army, which is now much stronger than it was back in February 2022, and is able to use millions of drones&#8221;. Saboteurs damaged at least two segments of a Polish railway on a route to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/latest\/ukraine\" data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|AutoLink\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ukraine<\/a>, officials believe.
