Real Madrid<\/a> \u2018might be interested\u2019 in signing key players from Chelsea<\/a> and Liverpool<\/a>, it has been claimed.<\/p>\n

Los Blancos have enjoyed a promising start to the season under new manager Xabi Alonso<\/a>, winning ten of their first 12 league games to climb to the top of the La Liga table.<\/p>\n

Real Madrid also won their first three games of this season\u2019s Champions League<\/a> before losing 1-0 to Liverpool prior to the November international break<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Madrid are a powerhouse in the transfer market and will look to bolster Alonso\u2019s squad in January and during next summer\u2019s transfer window.<\/p>\n

Ex-Chelsea winger Pat Nevin and ex-Liverpool midfielder Igor Biscan believe Real Madrid could turn to their former clubs to strengthen.<\/p>\n

\u2018Real Madrid might be interested in Dominik Szoboszlai<\/a> because his qualities are so good he can play in any team in the world,\u2019 Liverpool Champions League winner Biscan told BoyleSports<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u2018He is such a good player and is able to play in so many positions that any team in the world would probably want to have a player like him.<\/p>\n

\u2018He can defend, he can really be the one to put pressure, to be aggressive, he can deliver from set pieces, he can attack the box.<\/p>\n

\u2018He can do whatever he wants to do on the football pitch and be a threat, and run the whole day, and\u00a0he\u2019s\u00a0also\u00a0very good\u00a0looking!\u2019<\/p>\n

Szoboszlai\u00a0has made over 100 appearances for Liverpool since his \u00a360m move from RB Leipzig in 2023<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 25-year-old Hungary international was a key member of the Slot squad that won the Premier League last season<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Another player who \u2018would interest\u2019 Real Madrid is Chelsea midfielder Moises Caicedo, according to Nevin.<\/p>\n

Caicedo has developed into one of the best midfielders in the world over the past 12 months and is arguably Chelsea\u2019s most important player<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While Nevin believes Real Madrid would love to welcome Caicedo to the Bernabeu, he doubts the numbers involved would \u2018work\u2019 given Chelsea paid \u00a3115m to sign him from Brighton two years ago<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u2018Caicedo\u00a0is capable of playing\u00a0in any team because\u00a0he\u2019s\u00a0more than a destructive player,\u00a0he\u2019s\u00a0an absolute genius defensively,\u2019 Nevin told CasinoHawks<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u2018Yes, he would interest Real Madrid, but I\u00a0can\u2019t\u00a0see the numbers working.\u00a0I\u2019m\u00a0struggling to see the numbers working.<\/p>\n

\u2018Because if he\u2019s bought for 100 million, or 115 million depending on what you hear about the add-ons, etc., how much is he going to have to spend to get him to give Chelsea a viable profit that they don\u2019t feel as if they\u2019ve lost one of their best, if not their best, player?<\/p>\n

\u2018You\u2019re\u00a0talking 200 odd million. Unless\u00a0you\u2019re\u00a0a forward scoring 30, 40 goals a season, that market,\u00a0I\u2019m\u00a0not sure about.<\/p>\n

\u2018Even though Enzo Fernandez and Caicedo were both bought for over 100 million and I have to say, it shocked a lot of us, that amount of money spent in that position. But to go further than that, I\u00a0don\u2019t\u00a0know.\u2019<\/p>\n

Real Madrid\u2019s first game back following the November international break is a league game against Elche, currently sitting in the bottom-half of La Liga.<\/p>\n
