LONDON (Reuters) -Britain is \u200bto build a \u200cnetwork of new munitions factories \u200cto boost its warfighting readiness, in a move aimed at \u2060restoring domestic \u200cproduction of military explosives for the \u200dfirst time in nearly two decades.<\/p>\n
Defence Secretary John Healey \u200bis set to \u200cannounce on Wednesday plans for new potential sites and confirm that construction on the first \u2060factory is expected \u200bto start \u200bnext year.<\/p>\n
