Graham Potter is growing frustrated after a dismal start to life as the West Ham manager, according to their former senior scout.<\/strong><\/p>\n Mick Brown, who also worked as the chief scout for Man United and Blackburn and remains very well-connected at his former clubs, exclusively told Football Insider<\/strong> that the boss is quickly learning a harsh reality at the London Stadium.<\/p>\n This comes after the manager\u2019s outburst in his press conference following the 3-2 defeat to Brighton on 26 April, as he snapped at the questioning journalists.<\/p>\n Potter is facing scrutiny after his side\u2019s collapse<\/a>, having led the game 2-1 until the 89th minute before late goals from Kaoru Mitoma and Carlos Baleba.<\/p>\n The Hammers have now won just three of their 15 games since the manager\u2019s arrival in January and frustration is building for the boss.<\/p>\n However, Football Insider<\/strong> revealed on 13 April that West Ham are unlikely to sack bare<\/strong><\/p>\n Football Insider<\/strong> revealed on 14 April that Potter will demand heavy backing<\/a> in the transfer window to help shape a squad which was built for Julen Lopetegui.<\/p>\n Brown, who has a wealth of experience working with top-level managers including the likes of Sir Alex Ferguson, Ron Atkinson and David Moyes, has insisted Potter is quickly learning the negative side of being at West Ham.<\/p>\n \u201cGraham Potter clearly is not happy at West Ham,\u201d he told Football Insider.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cYou could see it in his press conference, the way he was speaking and his reactions to questions.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s a problem at West Ham because when things are going badly, there are too many things at that club that you quickly learn are not positive.<\/p>\n \u201cEven just in the playing squad, there are too many players that will let you down.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s not something that\u2019s just happened in the last week, it runs through the club and I think a lot of them have got used to accepting it.<\/p>\n \u201cYou always hope next week will be better, and then the same thing happens.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s been a really poor start for Potter, but I don\u2019t think much of the blame can be put on him, the problems go far deeper than that.\u201d<\/p>\n After what has been a terrible season so far for the Hammers, speculation has begun about a number of their key players ahead of the transfer window.<\/p>\n Football Insider<\/strong> revealed on 25 April that Liverpool could sign Mohammed Kudus<\/a> for a fee lower than his \u00a380million release clause this summer.<\/p>\n His ability to play across the front line, coupled with his extensive Premier League experience, has placed him firmly on the radar at Anfield.<\/p>\n This comes after former Hammers scout Brown told\u00a0Football Insider<\/strong>\u00a0West Ham could accept cut-price offers for Kudus<\/a>\u00a0this summer.<\/p>\n For
