Last month, the company unveiled plans to open up six locations in the capital before Christmas with a \u00a390 million \u2018London investment\u2019 plan,\u00a0which also included\u00a0upgrades to its huge Oxford Street branch<\/a>. The first three locations launched back in October \u2013 read more about them here<\/a> \u2013 and two more are coming this week. The sixth and final shop in Chiswick will appear in early December.<\/p>\n So which M&S Foodhalls are opening this week? Fulham Broadway<\/strong> and Clapham Common<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The Clapham branch will be 6,700 square-foot large, and will open its doors for the first time today\u00a0<\/strong>(November 20) with a performance from the City of Stars musical theatre choir \u2013 the stars of this year\u2019s M&S Food Christmas advert.<\/p>\n Inside, you\u2019ll find a large bakery section selling freshly made pastries, cakes, and loaves, ethically farmed produce, and plenty of meal-deal options. There\u2019s no caf\u00e9, but there is a \u2018coffee counter with barista-made drinks\u2019.<\/p>\n RECOMMENDED:\u00a0Here\u2019s the full list of high street stores closing in 2025<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n Fulham Broadway will open on Friday (November 21)<\/strong>. It\u2019s much bigger, at 10,900 square feet, and will be open from 7am every weekday except this Friday, when it will open at 8am.
